Emboss It Set 1

Emboss It Set 1 includes one embossed border and one coordinating embossed frame. These are okay for both personal and commercial use.

I suggest trying the overlay blend mode. Start out at 100%. If you would like a more subtle emboss, drop the opacity or try soft light. If you would like more texture and more pop, try duplicating the layer or try the hard light blend mode.
